Space saving utility room with great storage.What Project One did: This client was so happy with their Project One wet room with bespoke glass door that they wanted us to do renovation in the rest of the house. So we then we on to do the ‘Guest Cloakroom and Utility Space’. This was quite a complex design because of the angles of the room and we also had to relocate the electrical box. The other challenge was the amount of storage space the client wanted incorporating in their giant american style fridge/freezer. They also wanted to create more space in the room which Project One managed to accomplish. We also updated the other rooms in the house with a new flawless coat of plaster and paint.
