Hallway & Entrance – The Drope, Cardiff
Bespoke joinery with quality finish. What Project One did: Wet-room, New central heating system, hallway and landing
Where: The Drope, Cardiff
What we said: After designing their luxury bathroom which is featured in Real Homes Magazine, Gareth and Stephanie Parker asked us to renovate their entrance, stairs and landings. The house is hundreds of years old so we stripped the walls back to the brick and started anew. We left one wall exposed to show the brick and backlit it as a feature. We restored the existing banister posts to keep the original features in the house but replaced the spindles. All utility’s were surfaced mounted but with a little ingenuity we hid it all away in the Project One way! We joinery produced the front door and replaced all the architrave, skirting and doors and updated the lights and the electrical details. A feature radiator and carpet from our prestige range finish the homely feel.
We are in talks with Gareth and Steph to do the kitchen and a new extension in 2013.
What the customer said: “Project One were simply exceptional in everything they did for us. We have used them several times and would not hesitate to use them again and again. Dorian’s sheer enthusiasm and attention to detail meant that nothing was left without perfection. We gave them a budget – they finished within it. We gave them a timescale – they finished within it. We requested impeccable standards – they delivered without exception. They always do. We would be delighted to recommend them to anyone.” Cheers Gareth & Steff Parker
